What is staging?
Staging is the process of furnishing and decorating a home for sale to make it more attractive to buyers.
Why stage?
A home is for living. Vacant properties often require the buyers to imagine what it would be like if they were living in it. We create living spaces that inspire living. A properly staged home can inspire an offer.
Isn’t virtual staging enough?
Our expectations to expect in person what we see online is greater than ever and due to AI, it’s more challenging. This is becoming known as “AI fatigue”. Virtual staging and doctored listing photos get interest but when the buyers show up and see a different reality, it can give the feeling of false advertisement. While this is not the intention of the owner or listing agent, it unfortunately happens. Properly staging a home gives the buyers a refreshing perspective when viewing your property compared to the rest.
