staging a home is ideally started with a vacant property before listing. However, it is most common to list the home while it is still occupied.

With a pre-listing consultation you’ll meet with a design specialist that will create a plan to stage the home with some or all of the existing belongings and offer to supplement areas with our offerings at an additional cost.

This service comes with a written design plan and takes between 2-3 hours at the property. It is not required for you to attend but it’s recommended as it can be an enlightening experience.
