His extensive background in a multitude of trades including design, manufacturing, construction, home inspection, business management, sales and client relations makes his skillset ideal to address the diverse requirements of our present and future operation.
our process is simple:
contact us and we’ll schedule a consultation in-person or over the phone.
In the consultation you’ll let us know what you’re trying to solve and we’ll go over our solutions.
Once the agreement and payment is finalized, we’ll schedule the service.
On staging day we transform your listing and take updated photographs.
ideally within moments after staging you have a bidding war on your listing but in most cases, you’ll see increased interest and showings which translate to offers!
Once in contract and contingencies have passed, we schedule the de-stage.
After our service is complete, we follow up to ensure you are satisfied.
